The whole place was fairly clean and the bedroom was large. A full kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was so very very helpful...

clean and well-equipped apartment. super close to the famous Duomo and a market across the street. had a great customer service experience with the Heart team - who were super helpful and even sent adapters when ours didn't fit the sockets. loved the daily housekeeping and fresh towels.

All made for a really really nice stay during our visit. The apartment was clean and located close enough to the main tourist spots, a quieter square with a connivence store and lots of public transport links.

we had a really enjoyable stay in milan very close to the coast of oregon, usa, la scala and a music festival. the kitchen area had a dishwasher, coffee & tea makers, and refrigerators.

Our stay at Heart Milan Apartments in the Duomo District was amazing. The value for money was excellent, and the apartment itself was well-appointed with everything we needed, including coffee, tea, and biscotti. The location was unbeatable, just a block away from the cathedral, and there was a convenient market right across the street. The staff was friendly and responsive, making sure we had a comfortable stay. We loved the comfortable beds, ample linens, and the spacious terrace. it was a great place in a great location.

Breakfast delights could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Fairly good bedroom, exceptionally comfortable beds. Ideal very central location, a lot of space. Nothing too much trouble, we would love to come back.

This place has air-conditioned rooms and a great location near a supermarket and a beautiful church, with attentive staff.

I felt like a queen at the apartment with its posh seating area, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The free WiFi was a blessing, and the property's location was so convenient!

Oh, and let's not forget the charming view of the nearby garbage bins from the apartment.

It is situated in the heart of the center, just a two-minute walk from the famous Duomo. there are many great cafes and restaurants in the area, allowing guests to easily experience the vibrant food scene. the apartment itself offers two spacious bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay.

One downside is that there may be some noise from the street, especially if you are staying on a lower floor.

The apartment had a good selection of drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch. the location was also very convenient, being close to a market and a stone's throw away from a famous landmark. the beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing.

The air conditioning was a major disappointment. Despite having multiple units, only one of them worked properly.

We loved having a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, and kitchenware, making it easy to prepare meals. The tumble dryer was super convenient, helping us dry clothes quickly after a day of exploring. The flat-screen TV provided great entertainment during our relaxing evenings.

Personally, we would have liked to have a toaster in the apartment for easy breakfasts.

The street noise, especially on the third floor, was quite noticeable and disruptive. The kitchen and bathroom were not as well appointed as the rest of the apartment.

We could even see Duomo from our room! the convenience was unbeatable, with a supermarket right in front of the apartment. the staff was incredibly helpful and provided us with great tips about the city. the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It truly made our trip special, and we can't wait to come back again. Highly recommended!
